CEASE (Cities Empowered Against Sexual Exploitation) is a national network of U.S. cities committed to disrupting the relentless cycle of harm caused by the sex trade.
Boston is one of 11 cities nationwide aimed at finding and implementing solutions to reduce the illegal sex trade and the devastating realities that surround it.
The CEASE Boston Initiative will work on multiple fronts to combat and ultimately reduce the buying of sex in Greater Boston. Law enforcement, public health organizations, civic associations, representatives from the business and legal communities, and faith-based groups are partnering together in this endeavor.
CEASE Boston is a collaboration between the City of Boston, the Boston Police Department, AbekaM Consulting | Foundation and Demand Abolition.
